matcha cream cheese frosting

Spread Abundantly on Pumpkin or Carrot Cakes

  • ½ cup softened butter
  • 8 oz confectioners sugar
  • 2t Gotcha Matcha Cafe Grade matcha powder 
  • 2t vanilla extract

Beat softened butter and cream cheese until well blended. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, continue beating. Sift matcha, a bit at a time, until thoroughly creamy. Apply generously to cakes and spiced breads.
