Matcha Raspberry Parfait

A Simple and Elegant Crowd Pleaser

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 2t Gotcha Matcha
  • 1/3 cup organic raspberries
  • 2T chia seeds
  • 4 oz hemp seed milk blended with a date

Make this simple matcha parfait in three easy steps:

  1. Blend your own hempseed milk with one date
  2. Combine chia and hempseed milk, let chill several hours
  3. Combine yogurt and berries

Layer your favorite glass cup or dish as tall and high as you like it. Decorate with more berries, nuts and seeds. This dish can be breakfast or dessert. Either way it’s delicious, and nutritious.
