What is a matcha tea subscription?

With a matcha tea subscription you will automatically receive a new package of matcha tea every other month

Who should subscribe?

Everyday drinkers. If you drink matcha tea everyday, a matcha subscription is for you. It is a convenient way to wake up to a stocked cabinet and you will save on shipping costs.

Which matcha should I choose?

For matcha tea drinkers who use a bamboo whisk to prepare tea in a bowl, choose either Morning Matcha or Kama Matcha. For matcha lovers who enjoy the taste of green tea in smoothies, lattes and recipes choose Gotcha Matcha cafe grade matcha.

All grades of Matcha Source matcha teas are rich in nutritional benefits and yield a full-bodied great tasting beverage. The higher grade more expensive Kama is made of younger leaves that have been fully de-stemmed and de-veined. When will I be billed?

Your credit card will be billed the day you sign up for the subscription and then every eight weeks after that.

When will the subscription expire?

Whenever you like. You can cancel at anytime simply by e-mailing your cancel request to [email protected] or calling 1 877 9+MATCHA

Are subscriptions refundable?

We take great care to send a quality product in a timely manner. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us to tell us about. Unopened packages can usually be returned for a full refund.

Are there any other hidden fees?

No. The order price of your subscription includes all shipping fees.

Can I upgrade to a larger size or more frequent delivery?

You may double the number of packages per order by using the QTY field when you select your tea. For now we are limiting our serving to delivery every eight weeks.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes. Simply fill out the correct shipping information and we’ll ship to the recipient and bill to you. To set an end date to your subscription, call the office at 877 962 8242 and we’ll customize your subscription.
